Marketing Assistant

Role Type: Part Time

Summary of Position
Looking for someone with great communication skills that has a passion for marketing and a knack for organizing. The role includes creating estimates/proposals, scheduling meetings, taking notes, preparing project briefs for the team, monitoring projects in production, documenting processes, and answering the phone.


  • Answering Calls
  • Create estimates and proposals
  • Scheduling and calendar management
  • Management of company project management/team collaboration platforms
  • Provide client service administration including preparing client status and activity reports, attending meetings and conference calls
  • Prepare presentations
  • Work on company systems and process development
  • Assistance with company team events
  • Relationship management with media and vendors
  • Administrative and logistical tasks


  • Excellent communication skills (with team, vendors, media and clients)
  • Ability to take detailed notes and move projects into production
  • Familiar with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, & Excel
  • Strong writing and verbal skills
  • Comfortable with routines, task list management and project oversight
  • Ability to establish rapport with high profile executives and their teams
