The Challenge
Local Shop. Limited Reach.
When Jag Store came to OpGo, their biggest problem was simple: everything ran through a single physical location. The owners were tied to the floor of their Fargo storefront, and there was no way to sell beyond whoever walked through the door. On top of that, their existing branding didn't reflect the premium, current feel they were going for — the logo and visual assets needed a refresh to compete in a crowded apparel market. They needed a real online store and a brand identity that could hold its own nationally.

The Solution
New Brand. New Store. New Reach.
We started with the brand — updating the logo and building out a clean visual identity that works across screens, tags, and social media. From there, we built a full Shopify store from scratch, organizing the product catalog in a way that's easy to browse and even easier to buy from. We streamlined the checkout process, set up email automations to recover abandoned carts and welcome new customers, and delivered a set of branded Canva templates so their team could keep social and ad content looking consistent without starting from scratch every time.
HIDDEN
We continuously track key metrics like engagement, reach, fan growth, and click-throughs. We use these insights to optimize performance and bring new ideas to your monthly check-in.
From Storefront to Online Store
Jag Store went from operating solely out of a physical location to running a fully functional nationwide e-commerce store. Their new Shopify site processes orders around the clock — no floor shifts required — opening up customers well beyond Fargo.
Logo & Brand Refresh
We updated the logo and overall visual identity to give the brand a cleaner, more current look. The new design works across everything from product tags to mobile screens, and gives Jag Store the polished feel needed to compete in the lifestyle and apparel space.
Storefront UX & Product Organization
We rebuilt the site navigation and product catalog from the ground up. Collections are easy to find, filtering works the way shoppers expect, and the checkout process has been stripped down to remove unnecessary friction.
Social & Ad Templates
We built a library of Canva templates so the Jag Store team can create social posts, product launches, and promotional graphics quickly — without losing consistency on branding.
Email Automations
We set up automated email flows for abandoned carts and new subscriber welcomes, giving Jag Store a simple way to stay in touch with customers and recover potential lost sales without any manual effort.

Results
A Local Brand Ready to Scale
With a refreshed brand identity and a fully built-out online store, Jag Store now has the tools to grow beyond Fargo. The owners are no longer tied to one physical location — they can reach customers anywhere in the country, with a brand and a storefront that actually reflects where they're headed.
